About Us

Born and raised in Boston MA. I was youngest of my mother’s three children. Our mom worked hard to provide food, shelter, and clean clothes. She wanted a better life for us and enrolled us in METCO, a program that transported students from inner-city to suburban schools. This provided us opportunities to experience different environments, diverse cultures, backgrounds and perspectives of others.

 She used to say,

                                     “Boy, don’t go out there and embarrass me.”

Our mom worked hard, drew strength from her faith and had little tolerance for foolishness; she expected us to be respectful, honest, and well-groomed. If we got out of line and she had to leave work to come to the school. Oh man, she taught the lesson, we understood, wasting her time or acting up, was not a good idea. She didn’t tolerate that BS.

I worked extensively in telecommunications for over 30 years. I provided quality customer service to every customer I had the pleasure of meeting.

I retired now and needed to find a purpose. I need to do something meaningful that I enjoy.  

Customer service is what I know and helping people is what I like to do. So, I decided to start The Laundry Cleaner transportation business; our goal is to help families in the neighborhood by providing affordable round trip transportation, so they can save time and have fresh clean clothes.
